Incorporation
Dernell Renauld Stenson Foundation, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation (the “Foundation”), intends to further charitable, scientific, literary, religious, educational and similar purposes, as are more fully defined and set forth in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). The Foundation’s Articles of Incorporation describe these purposes in general, and specifically provide that the Foundation shall not carry on any activity nor make any distribution not permitted by an organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code.
